ABOUT ME
Born in Rome in 1978. I made my debut as an independent filmmaker in 2008, winning the Ilaria Alpi Award with my first work The Sheep of Acerra.
This is followed by numerous collaborations with various television programs linked to real life stories and journalistic investigative reports, both as a filmmaker and as an author of the reportages (Exit and Piazzapulita on La7, Presadiretta on Rai3, Nemo on Rai 2).
For years I have been involved in the making of documentaries as a very heterogeneous figure on the border between director, cinematographer and DP, ranging from investigative documentaries to sports and cultural ones.
I have numerous collaborations with both Italian productions (including Junk – Full Cabinets for Sky, Quel che Resta di Me for Rai Doc) and international ones including Saving Venice for PBS/ARTE, Pompeii – the new dig for BBCTwo, Europa Maudit: Visconti's Ossessione for Orange France, All Of Nothing Juventus and Celebrity Hunted for Amazon Prime Video, Banksy and the Bataclan Girl for ARTE/Rai and Cinecittà Luce.
